About the Park
Located on the fringe of Downtown Toccoa, GA, the Paul Anderson Memorial Park pays tribute and honors our local "favorite son", a world renowned Olympic gold medalist, the "world's strongest man" and a deeply passionate Christian humanitarian. (learn more about Paul Anderson)
The Park is owned and operated by the Paul Anderson Memorial Park Foundation, a 501(c)(3) tax exempt corporation. Our purpose is to provide a a green space in the community for people to enjoy and honor a local native not only known for his outer strength, but his inner strength and faith in Christ. The Park is made possible by the generosity of corporations and individuals like you. Donations are graciously accepted to fund the on-going operations and maintenance of the Park. (donate)
